Cómo utilizar

Pon a hervir 4 tazas de agua. Añade un puñado de hierbas y deja reposar tapado durante 5 a 10 minutos. Sujétate el cabello hacia atrás y lávate el rostro con un limpiador suave.

Retire la mezcla del fuego y cree una carpa de vapor sobre la cabeza usando una toalla liviana. Apoye la cabeza a 5 o 7,5 cm por encima de las hierbas humeantes y relájese en la carpa de vapor durante aproximadamente 5 minutos.
