We always massage from the limbs and feet towards the heart to flush lymph and toxins into our lymph nodes at our pelvis and armpit area. I use oil every day before I shower and let the warm mater help the oil penetrate deeper into the tissues

Massage a bit of room temperature or warm oil onto your body, starting with ears and neck, working towards your heart. When massaging arms and legs, use circular motions around joints, and a back-and-forth motion on muscles.
